Your appointments are very important to us, and we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling of appointments.
– Providing less than 24 hour notice for a cancellation and/or reschedule will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount to the credit card on file.
– “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the service amount to the credit card on file. (Note – arriving so late to your appointment that it is not possible to provide you with the service requested will be considered ‘no-show’.)
To take full advantage of the multiple times we contact you to confirm your appointment, it is imperative we have a valid mobile number and email address.
In order to keep you informed of your upcoming appointments, and prevent late cancellations and missing appointments, we will do the following:
Effective 1/1/2024 ~Our system will send you a confirmation email as soon as your appointment is booked to the email address we have on file.
As a courtesy, we will send out an email to confirm your service appointments three (3) days prior to your appointment date.
Effective 1/1/2024 ~ Our booking system will send out a to confirmation message to your mobile number on file two (2) days prior to your appointment date. You are able to reply to simply confirm your appointment or send us a text message back. We’re able to reply to such inquiries during our regular business hours.
Effective 1/1/2024 ~ Our booking system will send out a to reminder message to your mobile number on file on your appointment day. You are able to contact us back via text message. We’re able to reply to such inquiries during our regular business hours.
Effective 1/1/2024 we will changing the way we confirm appointments from phone calls to emails and text messages.
